RESUMO

Different varieties of table olives have suitable morphological characteristics that allow them to be processed as Spanish-style green table olives. However, the Campiñesa cultivar presents difficulties when submitted to a lactic fermentation, in spite of being inoculated with dedicated starter cultures such as OleicaStarter. The strategy followed in this study to facilitate the start of lactic fermentation was to reinforce the OleicaStarter culture with the use of the Lactoplantibacillus pentosus Lp309 a strain that enhanced the survival of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) at the beginning of fermentation, reaching final pH values (4.08 ± 0.01), free acidity (1.00 ± 0.01 g/100 mL of brine), LAB population (6.17 ± 0.09 log CFU/mL), nutrient depletion (0.80 ± 0.09 g/kg of pulp), and lactic acid production (11.85 ± 0.72 g/L). These values allowed stabilization of the final product, thus complying with the quality and food safety standards established by the Codex Alimentarius for table olives.

International cancer registries make real-world genomic and clinical data available, but their joint analysis remains a challenge. AACR Project GENIE, an international cancer registry collecting data from 19 cancer centers, makes data from >130,000 patients publicly available through the cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics (https://genie.cbioportal.org). For 25,000 patients, additional real-world longitudinal clinical data, including treatment and outcome data, are being collected by the AACR Project GENIE Biopharma Collaborative using the PRISSMM data curation model. Several thousand of these cases are now also available in cBioPortal. We have significantly enhanced the functionalities of cBioPortal to support the visualization and analysis of this rich clinico-genomic linked dataset, as well as datasets generated by other centers and consortia. Examples of these enhancements include (i) visualization of the longitudinal clinical and genomic data at the patient level, including timelines for diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes; (ii) the ability to select samples based on treatment status, facilitating a comparison of molecular and clinical attributes between samples before and after a specific treatment; and (iii) survival analysis estimates based on individual treatment regimens received. Together, these features provide cBioPortal users with a toolkit to interactively investigate complex clinico-genomic data to generate hypotheses and make discoveries about the impact of specific genomic variants on prognosis and therapeutic sensitivities in cancer. SIGNIFICANCE: Enhanced cBioPortal features allow clinicians and researchers to effectively investigate longitudinal clinico-genomic data from patients with cancer, which will improve exploration of data from the AACR Project GENIE Biopharma Collaborative and similar datasets.

Proximal interphalangeal joint flexion contracture is a frequent condition in hand therapy. Clinicians most frequently apply orthosis management for conservative treatment. Orthoses should apply forces for long periods of time following the total end range time (TERT) concept. These forces necessarily transmit through the skin; however, skin has physiological limitations determined by blood flow. Using three fresh frozen human cadavers, this study quantified and compared forces, skin contact surfaces and pressure of two finger orthoses, an elastic tension digital neoprene orthosis (ETDNO) and an LMB 501 orthosis. The study also investigated the effects of a new method of orthosis construction (serial ETDNO orthoses) that customizes forces to a specific finger position. We evaluated forces and contact surfaces for multiple ETDNO models tailored to the cadaver fingers in multiple PIP flexion positions. The results showed that the LMB 501 orthosis applied pressures beyond the recommended limits if applied for more than eight hours a day. This fact was the cause of time limited LMB orthosis application. This results also show that, at 30° of PIPJ flexion, straight ETDNOs created a mean pressure approaching the end of the recommended pressure limits. If the therapist modified the ETDNO design, the skin pressure decreased and reduced the risk of skin damage. With the results of this study, we concluded that for PIPJ flexion contracture, the upper limit of force application is 200 g (1.96 N). Forces beyond this amount would likely cause skin irritation and possibly skin injuries. This would cause a reduction in the daily TERT and limit outcomes.

Focusing on fingers with proximal interphalangeal joint flexion contractures, this study seeks to determine whether significant differences exist between the joint passive range of motion PROM improvement when receiving higher doses of daily total end range time (TERT) compared to those that receive lower doses. The study randomized a parallel group of fifty-seven fingers in fifty patients with concealed allocation and assessor blinding. Divided into two groups receiving different doses of daily total end range time with an elastic tension digital neoprene orthosis, they also participated in an identical exercise program. Patients reported orthosis wear time, and the researchers performed goniometric measurements at every session during the three-week period. The primary outcome related the time patients wore the orthosis to the degrees of improvement in PROM extension. Compared to group B (daily TERT of twelve hours), group A (TERT, twenty+ hours) showed a statistically significant greater improvement in PROM after three weeks of treatment. Group A improved by a mean of 29° compared to group B's mean of 19° improvement. This study provides evidence that a higher dose of daily TERT can generate better results in the treatment of the proximal interphalangeal joint flexion contractures.

INTRODUCTION: This case report details the application of a treatment regimen using a serial elastic tension digital neoprene orthosis (ETDNO) protocol for a patient with an eight-month-old finger crush injury who experienced recurrence of a 45º proximal interphalangeal joint (PIPJ) flexion contracture two months after arthrolysis. PURPOSE OF THE STUDY: To illustrate how the application strategy of ETDNO can increase the daily total end range time (TERT) and modify finger stiffness. RESULTS: The patient reached full extension following 15 weeks of ETDNO treatment. The six-month follow-up evaluation revealed that the PIPJ was stable with full flexion and extension. The joint did not require continued orthosis use. DISCUSSION: The literature describes orthosis application as the treatment of choice for PIPJ flexion contracture, but no study has described an ideal program for use nor the full and stable resolution of the flexion contracture. The current literature describes a maximum daily total end range time (TERT) of 12 hours a per day. The serial ETDNO protocol that this study described increased the daily TERT to nearly 24 hour per day and demonstrated an excellent result in the treatment of PIPJ flexion contracture CONCLUSION: This outcome suggests that clinicians will want to consider this new orthosis design and management protocol as a novel option for the treatment of PIPJ flexion contracture. We need future research to better define the optimum number of hours of daily TERT for the effective treatment of PIPJ flexion contracture. In addition, we will also benefit from the exploration of the optimum orthosis design to enable the highest amount of TERT.

Global farmed finfish production increased from 9 to 56 million tonnes between 1990 and 2019. Although finfishes are now widely recognised as sentient beings, production is still being quantified as biomass rather than number of individuals (in contrast to farmed mammals and birds). Here, we estimate the global number of farmed finfishes slaughtered using FAO aquaculture production tonnages (1990-2019 data) and estimates of individual weight at killing (determined from internet searches at species and country level where possible). We relate these numbers to knowledge on humane slaughter, animal welfare law, and certification schemes. Since 1990, farmed finfish numbers killed annually for food have increased nine-fold, to 124 billion (1.24 × 1011, range 78-171 billion) in 2019. This figure does not represent the total number farmed (due to mortalities during rearing and non-food production) and is expected to increase as aquaculture expands. Our estimates indicate that farmed finfishes now outnumber the 80 billion farmed birds and mammals killed globally each year for food. The majority are produced in Asia. Inhumane slaughter practices cause suffering for most farmed finfishes. Most, 70-72%, have no legal welfare protection, and less than 1% have any fish-specific legal protection, at slaughter. The main global certification schemes in 2013-2015 accounted for 2% of slaughtered farmed finfishes. Fishes for which species-specific parameters for automated humane stunning are published comprise 20-24%. As the dominant taxa of farmed vertebrates, finfishes would benefit from better welfare if species-specific humane slaughter was defined and incorporated into laws and certification schemes.

The co-localization of platelets and tumor cells in hematogenous metastases has long been recognized. Interactions between platelets and circulating tumor cells (CTCs) contribute to tumor cell survival and migration via the vasculature into other tissues. Taking advantage of the interactions between platelets and tumor cells, two schemes, direct and indirect, were proposed to target the modified human serum albumin submicron particles (HSA-MPs) towards tumor cells. HSA-MPs were constructed by the Co-precipitation-Crosslinking-Dissolution (CCD) method. The anti-CD41 antibody or CD62P protein was linked to the HSA-MPs separately via 1-ethyl-3-(-3-dimethyl aminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) EDC/NHS chemistry. The size of modified HSA-MPs was measured at approximately 1 µm, and the zeta potential was around -24 mV. Anti-CD41-HSA-MPs adhered to platelets as shown by flowcytometry and confocal laser scanning microscopy. In vitro, we confirmed the adhesion of platelets to tumor lung carcinoma cells A549 under shearing conditions. Higher cellular uptake of anti-CD41-HSA-MPs in A549 cells was found in the presence of activated platelets, suggesting that activated platelets can mediate the uptake of these particles. RNA-seq data in the Cancer Cell Lineage Encyclopedia (CCLE) and The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database showed the expression of CD62P ligands in different types of cancers. Compared to the non-targeted system, CD62P-HSA-MPs were found to have higher cellular uptake in A549 cells. Our results suggest that the platelet-based and platelet-mimicking modified HSA-MPs could be promising options for tracking metastatic cancer.

A avaliação da postura corporal estática de crianças permite identificar e prevenir desordens musculoesqueléticas no estágio inicial. Objetivo: Avaliar a postura estática de alunos de uma escola pública, comparando a postura entre as faixas etárias e entre os sexos. Métodos: A amostra foi composta por 130 escolares (62 do sexo masculino e 68 do sexo feminino), os quais tinham entre 6 e 10 anos de idade. Cada escolar foi fotografado nas vistas anterior, posterior e lateral direita, e o registro fotográfico foi analisado por meio do Software de Avaliação Postural (SAPo). Resultados: Somente foi encontrada diferença entre os sexos no ângulo do tornozelo, além de interação entre sexo e faixa etária. Em relação à idade, o alinhamento horizontal dos acrômios e o alinhamento horizontal da cabeça foram diferentes entre 6-7 e 9 anos. O alinhamento horizontal da cabeça, o alinhamento horizontal das espinhas ilíacas ântero-superior (EIAS) e o alinhamento sagital do membro inferior também apresentaram interação significativa entre sexo e idade. Conclusão: Em média, a maioria dos resultados demonstra que há um alinhamento vertical e uma simetria horizontal nos ângulos analisados, com exceção do alinhamento sagital do membro inferior, do ângulo do tornozelo e do alinhamento sagital do corpo que não demostraram um alinhamento próximo do ideal. Logo, os escolares avaliados apresentam uma boa saúde musculoesquelética.


Static postural evaluation of children allows for identifying and preventing musculoskeletal disorders in the early stages. Objective:To evaluate the static posture of students at a public school, comparing age groups and sex. Methods:The sample consisted of 130 schoolchildren (62 males and 68 females) who were 6-10 years old. Each student was photographed at the anterior, posterior, and right lateral views, and the photographic records were analyzed with the Software Postural Assessment (SAPo). Results:The ankle angle was different between sexes, presenting interaction between sex and age group. Regarding age groups, the horizontal alignment of acromion processes and horizontal alignment of the head were different between 6-7 and 9 years. The horizontal alignment of the head, the horizontal alignment of the anterior superior iliac spines, and the sagittal alignment of the lower limb also showed a significant interaction between sex and age group. Conclusion:On average, most results show a vertical alignment and a horizontal symmetry in the analyzed angles. However, the sagittal alignment of the lower limb, ankle angle, and sagittal alignment of the body did not maintain satisfactory alignment. The participants of our study presented good musculoskeletal health.

The behaviour of microbial communities depends on environmental factors and on the interactions of the community members. This is also the case for urinary tract infection (UTI) microbial communities. Here, we devise a computational approach that uses indices of complementarity and competition based on metabolic gene annotation to rapidly predict putative interactions between pair of organisms with the aim to explain pairwise growth effects. We apply our method to 66 genomes selected from online databases, which belong to 6 genera representing members of UTI communities. This resulted in a selection of metabolic pathways with high correlation for each pairwise combination between a complementarity index and the experimentally derived growth data. Our results indicated that Enteroccus spp. were most complemented in its metabolism by the other members of the UTI community. This suggests that the growth of Enteroccus spp. can potentially be enhanced by complementary metabolites produced by other community members. We tested a few putative predicted interactions by experimental supplementation of the relevant predicted metabolites. As predicted by our method, folic acid supplementation led to the increase in the population density of UTI Enterococcus isolates. Overall, we believe our method is a rapid initial in silico screening for the prediction of metabolic interactions in microbial communities.

BACKGROUND: Isolation of marine microorganisms is fundamental to gather information about their physiology, ecology and genomic content. To date, most of the bacterial isolation efforts have focused on the photic ocean leaving the deep ocean less explored. We have created a marine culture collection of heterotrophic bacteria (MARINHET) using a standard marine medium comprising a total of 1561 bacterial strains, and covering a variety of oceanographic regions from different seasons and years, from 2009 to 2015. Specifically, our marine collection contains isolates from both photic (817) and aphotic layers (744), including the mesopelagic (362) and the bathypelagic (382), from the North Western Mediterranean Sea, the North and South Atlantic Ocean, the Indian, the Pacific, and the Arctic Oceans. We described the taxonomy, the phylogenetic diversity and the biogeography of a fraction of the marine culturable microorganisms to enhance our knowledge about which heterotrophic marine isolates are recurrently retrieved across oceans and along different depths. RESULTS: The partial sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene of all isolates revealed that they mainly affiliate with the classes Alphaproteobacteria (35.9%), Gammaproteobacteria (38.6%), and phylum Bacteroidetes (16.5%). In addition, Alteromonas and Erythrobacter genera were found the most common heterotrophic bacteria in the ocean growing in solid agar medium. When comparing all photic, mesopelagic, and bathypelagic isolates sequences retrieved from different stations, 37% of them were 100% identical. This percentage increased up to 59% when mesopelagic and bathypelagic strains were grouped as the aphotic dataset and compared to the photic dataset of isolates, indicating the ubiquity of some bacterial isolates along different ocean depths. Finally, we isolated three strains that represent a new species, and the genome comparison and phenotypic characterization of two of these strains (ISS653 and ISS1889) concluded that they belong to a new species within the genus Mesonia. CONCLUSIONS: Overall, this study highlights the relevance of culture-dependent studies, with focus on marine isolated bacteria from different oceanographic regions and depths, to provide a more comprehensive view of the culturable marine bacteria as part of the total marine microbial diversity.

Acupuncture is a complementary and nonpharmacological intervention that can be effective for the management of chronic pain in addition to or instead of medication. Various animal models for neuropathic pain, inflammatory pain, cancer-related pain, and visceral pain already exist in acupuncture research. We used a newly validated human pain model and examined whether acupuncture can influence experimentally induced dental pain. For this study, we compared the impact of manual acupuncture (real acupuncture), manual stimulation of a needle inserted at nonacupuncture points (sham acupuncture) and no acupuncture on experimentally induced dental pain in 35 healthy men who were randomized to different sequences of all 3 interventions in a within-subject design. BORG CR10 pain ratings and autonomic responses (electrodermal activity and heart rate variability) were investigated. An initial mixed model with repeated measures included preintervention pain ratings and the trial sequence as covariates. The results showed that acupuncture was effective in reducing pain intensity when compared to no acupuncture (ß = -.708, P = .002), corresponding to a medium Cohen's d effect size of .56. The comparison to the sham acupuncture revealed no statistically significant difference. No differences in autonomic responses between real and sham acupuncture were found during the intervention procedures. PERSPECTIVE: This study established a dental pain model for acupuncture research and provided evidence that experimentally induced dental pain can be influenced by either real acupuncture or manual stimulation of needles at nonacupuncture points. The data do not support that acupoint specificity is a significant factor in reducing experimental pain.

Ocean acidification and warming are two main consequences of climate change that can directly affect biological and ecosystem processes in marine habitats. The Arctic Ocean is the region of the world experiencing climate change at the steepest rate compared with other latitudes. Since marine planktonic microorganisms play a key role in the biogeochemical cycles in the ocean it is crucial to simultaneously evaluate the effect of warming and increasing CO2 on marine microbial communities. In 20 L experimental microcosms filled with water from a high-Arctic fjord (Svalbard), we examined changes in phototrophic and heterotrophic microbial abundances and processes [bacterial production (BP) and mortality], and viral activity (lytic and lysogenic) in relation to warming and elevated CO2. The summer microbial plankton community living at 1.4°C in situ temperature, was exposed to increased CO2 concentrations (135-2,318 µatm) in three controlled temperature treatments (1, 6, and 10°C) at the UNIS installations in Longyearbyen (Svalbard), in summer 2010. Results showed that chlorophyll a concentration decreased at increasing temperatures, while BP significantly increased with pCO2 at 6 and 10°C. Lytic viral production was not affected by changes in pCO2 and temperature, while lysogeny increased significantly at increasing levels of pCO2, especially at 10°C (R 2 = 0.858, p = 0.02). Moreover, protistan grazing rates showed a positive interaction between pCO2 and temperature. The averaged percentage of bacteria grazed per day was higher (19.56 ± 2.77% d-1) than the averaged percentage of lysed bacteria by virus (7.18 ± 1.50% d-1) for all treatments. Furthermore, the relationship among microbial abundances and processes showed that BP was significantly related to phototrophic pico/nanoflagellate abundance in the 1°C and the 6°C treatments, and BP triggered viral activity, mainly lysogeny at 6 and 10°C, while bacterial mortality rates was significantly related to bacterial abundances at 6°C. Consequently, our experimental results suggested that future increases in water temperature and pCO2 in Arctic waters will produce a decrease of phytoplankton biomass, enhancement of BP and changes in the carbon fluxes within the microbial food web. All these heterotrophic processes will contribute to weakening the CO2 sink capacity of the Arctic plankton community.

Synchronised swimming involves a variety of sculling movements essential for body support and propulsion but its study is scarce. We aimed to biomechanically compare standard and contra-standard sculling techniques, and to observe the relationship between measures. Six synchronised swimmers performed two, 30 s maximal intensity, fully tethered standard and contra-standard sculling motions. Kinetic and kinematic data were obtained using a load-cell and underwater cameras, respectively. Force decreased along both techniques' bouts, but no differences in-between techniques were noted for any kinetic variables. Standard sculling presented a higher cycle rate and a lower elbow mean angle than the contra-standard sculling (2.4 ± 0.3 vs. 2.0 ± 0.2 cycles/s and 134.1 ± 5.8 and 141.5 ± 4.7°, p < 0.05). In the standard sculling, by removing and maintaining the variation between participants (r w and r, respectively), the absolute mean force was directly related with cycle rate (r w  = 0.60) and wrist angular velocity during flexion (r = 0.82), while in the contra-standard condition the force was inversely associated with wrist mean angle (r = -0.95) and directly with hand speed (r w  = 0.76), and elbow angular velocity (r w  ≈ 0.60). Therefore, technique learning and training require different attention by coaches and swimmers.

Em esportes aquáticos, pode-se avaliar a força propulsiva gerada para deslocar-se por meio do nado estacionário (sem deslocamento) ou por meio do nado semiestacionário (com deslocamento). A maioria dos estudos realizados utiliza cabo de aço para prender o sujeito. Encontram-se também alguns estudos utilizando tubo elástico, contudo é citada a possibilidade do tubo dissipar força. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho foi comparar as características da curva de força gerada pelo palmateio propulsivo na posição de frente direção cabeça, estando o indivíduo preso a diferentes materiais: tubo elástico e cabo de aço. A amostra foi composta por 10 voluntários, com minimamente um ano de experiência no gesto (idade 21,3 ± 5,98 anos, tempo de treinamento 10,10 ± 6,19 anos). Cada indivíduo executou o palmateio em força máxima por 30 s, amarrado ao material, ligando-o a uma célula de carga fixada na borda da piscina. As forças máxima, máxima relativa, inicial e o índice de fadiga foram maiores no nado estacionário; a força média final, impulso e tempo para força máxima foram maiores no nado semiestacionário. Apenas a força média não apresentou diferença significativa, indicando que a curva de força durante o palmateio tende a ser diferente dependendo do material utilizado...(AU)


In aquatics sports, one can evaluate the propulsive force generated to move through tethered swimming (without displacement) or through semitethered swimming (with displacement). Most studies use wire rope to attach the individual. There are also some studies using elastic tube however is mentioned the possibility of dissipating tube strength. The purpose of this study was to compare the characteristics of the curve sculling propulsive force generated by the sculling towards the head, in different materials: elastic tube and wire rope. The sample consisted of 10 volunteers, with at least one year of experience in the task (age 21.3 ± 5.98 years, training time 10.10 ± 6.19 years). Each participant performed the sculling at maximum force for 30 s, tied to the material, which was attached to a load cell fixed in the edge of the pool. Background: Deep learning convolutional neural networks (CNN) may facilitate melanoma detection, but data comparing a CNN's diagnostic performance to larger groups of dermatologists are lacking. Methods: Google's Inception v4 CNN architecture was trained and validated using dermoscopic images and corresponding diagnoses. In a comparative cross-sectional reader study a 100-image test-set was used (level-I: dermoscopy only; level-II: dermoscopy plus clinical information and images). Main outcome measures were sensitivity, specificity and area under the curve (AUC) of receiver operating characteristics (ROC) for diagnostic classification (dichotomous) of lesions by the CNN versus an international group of 58 dermatologists during level-I or -II of the reader study. Secondary end points included the dermatologists' diagnostic performance in their management decisions and differences in the diagnostic performance of dermatologists during level-I and -II of the reader study. Additionally, the CNN's performance was compared with the top-five algorithms of the 2016 International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging (ISBI) challenge. Results: In level-I dermatologists achieved a mean (±standard deviation) sensitivity and specificity for lesion classification of 86.6% (±9.3%) and 71.3% (±11.2%), respectively. More clinical information (level-II) improved the sensitivity to 88.9% (±9.6%, P = 0.19) and specificity to 75.7% (±11.7%, P < 0.05). The CNN ROC curve revealed a higher specificity of 82.5% when compared with dermatologists in level-I (71.3%, P < 0.01) and level-II (75.7%, P < 0.01) at their sensitivities of 86.6% and 88.9%, respectively. The CNN ROC AUC was greater than the mean ROC area of dermatologists (0.86 versus 0.79, P < 0.01). The CNN scored results close to the top three algorithms of the ISBI 2016 challenge. Conclusions: For the first time we compared a CNN's diagnostic performance with a large international group of 58 dermatologists, including 30 experts. Most dermatologists were outperformed by the CNN. Irrespective of any physicians' experience, they may benefit from assistance by a CNN's image classification. Abstract Tethered swimming tests are applied to evaluate propulsive forces in crawl stroke and may also be used to evaluate force applied by the movement of lower (leg kicking) and upper limbs (arm stroke). Considering the large number of recreational swimmers, this tool may be useful for coaches to evaluate the technique and force production by swimmers. As little attention has been paid to the application of these tests with recreational swimmers, the aims of this study were to verify the repeatability of the tethered swimming test for arm stroke, leg kicking and crawl stroke and to verify the relationship between performance in a 50-m test and in the tethered test with recreational swimmers. In this case, repeatability was defined as the agreement between the results of two successive evaluations. Ten male swimmers performed two 30-s maximal intensity tethered swimming tests with leg kicking, arm stroke and crawl stroke and three 50-m crawl stroke tests. Repeatability was found for mean force of all tests and for impulse evaluated in crawl stroke. Inverse relationship of the time to complete 50 m with the maximum and mean forces and with the impulse in the crawl stroke and an inverse relationship between time to complete 50 m and the mean force in the leg kicking were observed. Therefore, results from full tethered swimming tests applied with recreational swimmers may help swimming coaches.


Resumo O teste de nado estacionário é empregado para avaliar as forças propulsivas no nado crawl e também pode ser utilizado para avaliar a força aplicada pelos movimentos dos membros superiores (braçada de crawl) e inferiores (pernada de crawl). Considerando o grande número de nadadores recreacionais, esta ferramenta pode ser útil para professores avaliarem a técnica e a produção de força de seus alunos de natação. Como pouco se sabe sobre a aplicação desses testes com nadadores recreacionais, os objetivos deste estudo foram verificar a repetibilidade do teste de nado estacionário para braçada de crawl, pernada de crawl e nado crawl e verificar a associação entre o desempenho no teste de 50 m e nos testes de nado estacionário em nadadores recreacionais. Neste caso, repetibilidade foi definida como a concordância entre resultados de duas avaliações sucessivas. Dez participantes do sexo masculino realizaram dois testes máximos de nado estacionário de 30 s, executados com pernada de crawl, com braçada de crawl e com nado crawl completo e três testes máximos de 50 m crawl. Foi encontrada repetibilidade para a força média de todos os testes e para o impulso avaliado no nado crawl. Também foi observada associação negativa do tempo do teste de 50 m com as forças máxima e média e impulso no nado crawl e uma relação inversa entre o tempo dos 50 m e a força média da pernada de crawl. Portanto, resultados de teste de nado estacionário aplicados em nadadores recreacionais podem ajudar professores de natação.
